Location: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Witbank, Cape Town
Key Requirements:
• Education:
o Completed Matric (a Tertiary Qualification is advantageous).
• Experience:
o 5+ years of experience leading large teams in complex, high-turnover environments.
o Retail operations experience and a proven understanding of industry practices.
o Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed store targets and deliver measurable results.
o Experience with technology and innovation in retail operations.
• Skills & Competencies:
o Strong matrix management skills to foster collaboration across business functions.
o Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments while learning quickly and adapting with agility.
o Strategic thinking skills aligned with corporate direction and goals.
o A track record of providing an excellent customer experience.
o Proficiency in compiling and analysing store performance reports.
o Flexibility to travel in the city across different stores
